At Ridai, every saree is thoughtfully curated and finished with care.Given the nature of our products — including handcrafted detailing and limited pieces — we currently do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

❌ Returns & Refunds are not applicable for:

• Personal preference or change of mind

• Colour or texture variations (minor variations are natural)

• Fit or drape expectations

• Perceived differences due to screen or lighting

✅ We will, however, gladly assist in case of:

• An incorrect product received

• A damaged product received

If you receive a damaged or incorrect saree, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the package and product. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.

• Each Ridai saree is handcrafted; slight variations are part of its charm and not considered defects.

• Products that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery are not eligible for replacement.

• Refunds are not issued once an order is confirmed and shipped.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, customs clearance, or other external factors beyond our control.
